Auberge du Pêcheur in Sint-Martens-Latem is well-known for its unique location along the banks of the Leie. The establishment has 32 rooms, a modern brasserie and various party and seminar rooms.

Auberge du Pêcheur is part of Stars of Flanders, which also includes Hotel Serwir in Sint-Niklaas, the brasserie Charl's in Knokke, the Gosset Hotel in Groot-Bijgaarden and the caterer Dîner Privé.
