MEETING ARRANGEMENTS

In Auberge du Pêcheur you can have meetings in a special and stylish setting. In addition, our team has developed customized packages based on their years of experience. Below we would like to give you an example of our packages. These packages are only an indication of the possibilities. We would like to work with you to develop a customized proposal.

Breakfast seminars

During the morning you will meet in style, in combination with breakfast. We provide an extensive buffet and our waiter serves coffee or tea as desired. In addition, we provide a projection screen, beamer and on the tables notepads, paper and ballpoint pens. You can choose the desired layout yourself.

Full-Day Seminar Packages

With our years of experience, we have already developed a number of custom packages for you. The structure is always the same, but we are happy to give you various options regarding lunch. You can choose from a sandwich lunch, cold or warm lunch with your own choice in the number of courses. Lunches are always accompanied by water or soft drinks and are served in our veranda, brasserie or garden.

The meeting room is built according to your wishes with the necessary facilities for your meeting, training...

Each meeting room has its own coffee corner. There we provide a welcome buffet with breakfast sweets upon arrival. During the morning break you will be provided with fresh coffee, tea and fruit juice with Lotus biscuits. In the afternoon you can relax with cake and fresh fruit.

Drinks or receptions after meetings

Our barman will be happy to welcome your group in the lounge bar or in the garden on the Leie for a drink. We will be happy to work out a proposal for you.
